Development Forum is an internet-based concept which gathers and maps knowledge produced by local actors. It also provides forum for discussion and change of thoughts.
In OPUS -project it is a reseachplatform for the question how to bring local knowledge of a place and its stakeholders in the urban planning and design process, which is more and more complicated, multi-actor and global.
Development forum is based on Open Source applications Joomla and Mapserver.
